As BIM Technician and Modeler provide technical expertise as follows:

• Responsible for creating the Building Information Models & providing necessary onsite support and advisory services to the project team

• BIM technology implementation on nominated projects

• Maintain accurate data set in drawings, design specifications and project schedules

• Facilitate the means of better BIM applications in order to improve the communication, co-ordination, management and delivery time, cost and quality throughout the cycle of the projects

• Communicate and co-ordinate with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects with use of BIM models.

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP, Architecture, Quality Survey or other design, engineering, and construction disciplines.

• 1+ years relevant working experience in building design or construction projects

• Good knowledge of BIM software - Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Additional such as 3D Max, Civil 3D, Point cloud, Fuzor, BIM360, Bentley Microstation, will be plus. 

• MHKIBIM is an advantage but not essential

• Candidates with less experience will be offered BIM Graduate Trainee

• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is plus.

As BIM Manager / Assistant BIM Manager provide technical expertise as follows:

• Develop, implement and review BIM standard, templates, libraries in project level and corporate level

• Work closely with project teams in the development and review of BIM technology and methodology, and implementation of BIM on projects within the Group

• Cooperate with the project team in communication and co-ordination with different stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and delivery of projects with use of BIM models

• Develop, implement and review quality control procedures to check that all of the models are accurate, the level of detail is fit for purpose

• Manage and lead the team of Modelers, provide necessary onsite support and advisory services to the project team

• Conduct internal training and internal promotion to raise staffs awareness and skills on BIM

​

Requirements

• Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Building Services Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, MEP, Architecture, Quality Survey or other design, engineering, and construction disciplines.

• 5+ years relevant working experience in building design or construction projects  with 2+ years hands-on BIM experience on complex and large-scale projects

• Extensive knowledge of standard BIM practices, techniques, and procedures.

• Good knowledge of BIM software - Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Additional such as 3D Max, Civil 3D, Point cloud, Fuzor, BIM360, Bentley Microstation, will be plus. 

• Member of MHKIBIM, or obtain the professional member within 6months of hiring.

• Candidates with 3+ experience will be offered Assistant BIM Manager

• Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is plus.
